Any contract to buy Boarding Pass on this site will be with D Hanna T/A Hanna Productions at 24 Northill Road, Ickwell, Bedfordshire SG18 9ED UK.
Hanna Productions must receive payment for the price of the goods and their delivery before the order can be accepted and a contract with you formed. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason.
Payment is taken before the despatch of the goods to you via the payment agent Pay Pal. Your credit/ debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
When payment is received and the order dispatched, Hanna Productions will confirm that your order has been received and processed by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address on your order. This Shipment Form will have your name, the delivery address, the order number and the total price. The acceptance of your order by Hanna Productions starts a legally binding contract between you the customer and Hanna Productions. No other terms requested by you in your order will form part of the contract.
If an error or inaccuracy is noted with regard to the published price of the goods you have ordered
(before the contract is made) we will contact you promptly by e-mail.
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the Site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item,
we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned.
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
You can cancel or change any of your current orders prior to dispatch by contacting us using the Contact us page.
The online store is available for non-commercial and domestic use only.
The Company reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses or that we consider are for commercial or other non-domestic concerns.
DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
Orders will be processed within 14 working days of payment completion.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the stated time,
we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
If Hanna Productions cannot deliver the goods you have ordered Hanna Productions will notify you promptly.
Any sum debited by Hanna Productions or their payment agent PayPal from your credit card will be re-credited to your account.
Hanna Productions will e-mail the address given by you in your order. The refund will be made within 30 days of your order.
Hanna Productions will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item,
you may cancel the contract for its purchase by using our Contact Us page within seven working days of delivery of the items to you.
We will email you a Returns Form. You should then return the relevant item to us in secure packaging to the address stated on the Returns Form
and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be liable for goods lost in transit to us.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error or as a substitute.
Unless due to a fault, refunds can only be given for goods returned in the original condition in their sealed and unopened wrapper.
Please use our Contact Us page to describe any faults and we will email the appropriate Returns Form.
When we receive notice of cancellation of your contract for any item, we will refund the price paid by you for
that item or at your request if the item is defective will supply you with a replacement item.
